Very nice room well impressed as we paid 200 Baht more for another hotel and it was not as good.Great sea view and near to everything Bang Saen is not a crazy tourist beach stretch but if you want to relax for a couple of days and stay with nice Thais it's great.
Rooms are starting to look quite worn even tho the hotel isn't very old. Parking arrangements are quite poor, you are escorted to park outside in the sun. Considering the price of a room (2500+) for a weekend night, this is quite dissapointing.
The hotel will not accomodate a late checkout, even tho we checked in at 10pm in the evening. The pool is absolutely filthy. There showers have no pressure and have broken heads.
